With a dedication to ensuring food safety, Cheryl transitioned into becoming a ServSafe instructor at her local community college, where she imparts her knowledge and expertise to the next generation of professionals.

After accumulating valuable experience in operational roles, Cheryl broadened her horizons by becoming a manufacturer's representative. Her adept sales skills, complemented by her outgoing personality and gift of communication, have shaped her into the accomplished saleswoman she is today.

Eric has over 18 years of experience in Culinary Arts at private clubs in the Chicagoland area.  He earned his education from Joliet Junior College and New England Culinary Institute. Eric's cooking style is approachable and enriched with influences from various cultures, including his Korean heritage.

Eric grew up in a hard-working family; his mother was a seamstress at a local dry cleaner, and his father advanced in the plastics manufacturing industry. Despite limited family time, their home was always open to guests, including  friends, church members, and people from all walks of life. His parents were known for their hospitality, providing food, drinks, camaraderie, and unforgettable memories.

Currently residing in Mokena, Eric lives with his wife Carli, their daughter Billie, and their German Shepherd Boris. They enjoy spending time at home with friends and family and are avid DIY enthusiasts, frequently taking on various home improvement projects.
